While our prices are extremely competitive within the upper end of our industry, the final cost will vary depending on what you put into your project. We also believe that you can't adequately compare us to many of our competitors by price alone because our level of creativity, attention to detail and extraordinarily high production values are in a different league than most. At Legacy Multimedia LLC, we produce your Legacy on a high quality DVD-R format. While they are compatible with most DVD players manufactured, not all manufacturers adhere to certain formatting standards. Please check the compatibility of your DVD Player before ordering, as Legacy Multimedia LLC does not issue refunds due to equipment incompatibility. After Legacy Multimedia receives your photos, we guarantee that they will be treated with the gentlest handling and utmost care while in our possession. Your photos, slides, video and other items will be returned to you in the same condition as we received them (barring acts of God, War or other tragedy).
We are not responsible for your materials while in transit either to or from our offices, therefore we recommend that you choose a method of shipping you feel confident in. You should insure your items, pack them carefully in a sturdy container with plenty of padding and provide package tracking during transit. Your originals will be returned to you with your final video, photo montageLegacy Multimedia offers beautifully crafted composite pictures made up of various individual images including photos, slides, scans of printed material and other elements to create visually interesting, single compositions for capturing the essence of events, relationships or time periods. or other finished product, properly packed and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
At Legacy Multimedia, we have an extensive library of royalty free music to which we have purchased the synchronization rights. Let us select music appropriate for your video or tell us what kind of music you would prefer. We will be happy to use your music if you provide it to us on CD.
By law, we are required to charge sales tax of 8.25% in the Houston, TX area.
At Legacy Multimedia, we want you to be thrilled with the final product we have created for you. We will work closely with you during the planning and creation of your project to ensure this end. If your DVD is found to be defective after you receive it, we will be happy to replace it with another copy at no extra charge.
